APPLICATION FORM PURCHASE
There are two methods of form purchase:
ØOnline Payment
ØBank Payment
Online Payment
The application form can be purchased online by clicking on the Online Payment Option on the registration portal www.macademyoron.org
Requirements:
1) Use either: Mastercard, Verve or Visa Card
(Note that the card must be pre-funded for a successful transaction)
2) Enter basic information to proceed to the payment page.
NB: An additional charge of =N=300 will be applied to the transaction.
Procedure:
oVisit: macademyoron.org , on the LOG IN PAGE click on the button BELOW that is labeled: “Click here to Pay Online”
oFill in the form then click the “Proceed” button to proceed to payment page
oUpon successful payment, click on the “Print” button to print your online receipt.
oRead the “Registration Procedure” below to continue.
Bank Payment
The Applicant should proceed to any of the following banks for purchase of application form.

Upon successful payment, a receipt will be issued to you by the teller.
Follow the “Registration Procedure” below to continue.
•Registration
oThere are four parts of the form that need to be filled duly, namely:
§Passport
§Personal Data
§Referee/Sponsor
§History
oVisit the Academy’s website: macademyoron.org and click on the Application Form link OR use the direct link: macademyoron.org
oLog in with Payment Pin on your receipt (This is a 16 Character Alphanumeric pin i.e. 123456789012ABCD). The default password is “man2015” which can be changed after login.
oAfter successful login, upload your passport; fill in the form correctly and save the form.
NB: Do not click on the submit checkbox until you are ready to submit the form.
oAfter filling the forms i.e form one (1) to three (3) successfully, you can submit the form by scrolling to the bottom of the page, check the submit checkbox and then click save.
oPrint out your Photocard by clicking on “Print photocard”
•Screening
oYou will receive an invitation for screening via Email and SMS.
oThe Screening date will also be made available on the website, so we recommend that you check our website: macademyoron.org frequently for updates.
